Hey guys, in this week\'s project, we\'re going to make a vacuum cleaner by salvaging an old motor from a hairdryer. The main purpose of this project is to transform the old motor, understand how the vacuum cleaner works, and then design a convenient mini vacuum cleaner using the following sections in this makeMotor: Filament: painting: printer station: and bolts: the core of the vacuum cleaner is the fan blade, which drains the air and sucks in the air through the nozzle. The choice of fan blades now has two types of fan blades & lt, so the choice is obvious. We need to use a centrifugal design to get the optimal pressure of the nozzle. We start by taking the motor we will use for the project. We measure the size of the motor with a cursor clamp. We created a parameter design in Fusion 360 with the following parameters, once the design section is over, it\'s time to print the entire impeller I use the black Marriott filament that uses the following settings to print the impeller now it\'s time to build the rest of the print part. Bottom of motor housing- Most of the components and brackets of the motor. The next part is the impeller housing, holding the blade and having an outlet for the air to flow out in the circular direction. This is connected to the motor housing through m3 nuts and bolts. The next part is the filter. This collects dust. It has small holes for air to pass through and is connected to the impeller housing through the threaded features. The last part is the nozzle, which serves as the entrance to the vacuum air suction, which is also connected to the filter through the same thread features, and the entire printing is carried out overnight after each part has been printed, it\'s time to spray them in the color they want. In order to start painting, we need to make a place where we can paint. I took some old papers and prepared the surface of a painting, and then sprayed the parts with some of the remaining pieces of wood on my desk project, and I rotated the base, make the paint cover the whole body completely evenly. I must say that Orange looks very good in this regard. What do you say? ? The nozzles and filters should be black, so we paint them in matte black and cover them in a similar way with uniform paint. It\'s time for the paint to dry overnight. Now is the time to weld the motor with a 24 KW grid line. Remove the wires and hold the cans. Then we weld the two terminals of the motor with tin-plated wire. The Wire will be connected to the power adapter. Now it\'s time to assemble all the parts together, first of all, we install the motor in the motor housing. The motor housing is then connected to the impeller housing using 3 M3 nuts and bolts. The blade is attached to the shaft of the motor inside the impeller housing. The filter is then connected to the impeller housing with a threaded feature. Similarly, the nozzle connects the filter through a similar thread feature. This means that the nozzle can also be connected directly to the impeller box. I tested the suction of the vacuum cleaner with paper, it is easy to suck the paper dry and make the table completely clean. To empty the filter, all you need to do is stop and throw the collected stuff into the bin.
